What we handle

When to reach out urgently

Important: do not describe the facts of your case in the intake form

Our intake form asks for administrative information — charges filed, court and case number, next court date, custody and bond status — so we can triage your case. It does not ask for, and you should not submit, a narrative of the facts of the case. Anything you write on the form is transmitted through a third-party platform and is not yet protected by the full scope of attorney-client privilege. We'll cover what happened on a call or in person, after we've agreed to take your matter.

How pricing works for criminal defense

Simple misdemeanor defense is priced as a flat fee for the non-trial disposition of your case (plea or dismissal); trial is billed hourly. Felony defense is priced hourly against a retainer, with flat-fee options for some charge classes available. See our full pricing page.
