If you are currently in immigration detention
If you or a loved one is currently detained by ICE, timing is critical. Contact us or another immigration attorney immediately. We can advise on bond possibilities, represent you in bond hearings at the Chicago Immigration Court, and evaluate relief options. Detention cases move quickly and the first week often matters most.
A note on sensitive cases
If your immigration matter involves contact with federal law enforcement (FBI, DHS HSI, CBP intelligence) or national-security-related allegations, please do not describe the facts of your situation on the intake form. Our intake form will ask a screening question and, if it applies to you, direct you to call us directly so we can talk through your situation on a more secure channel.
How pricing works for immigration matters
Most affirmative immigration matters are priced as flat fees plus USCIS filing fees. Removal defense and complex cases involving prior denials or criminal history are billed hourly against a retainer. See our full pricing page for the fee menu.
